Home Care
Home Care: After signing your agreement, we will offer helpful tips for addressing issues that may arise related to home care, such as gas shut-off, water shut-off at the street, turning an angle stop off, resetting the GFCI, and resetting the breaker. Simple actions you can take before calling maintenance.

Renter’s Insurance Options
Tenants in single and multi-family properties can purchase a renters insurance policy with FolioGuard Renters
Insurance by AIS through their Online Portal.
Tenants are not required to purchase a FolioGuard renters insurance policy, but it is a simple and convenient option if they do not already have one.
You can also set your personal profile settings to receive email notifications when your policy is up for renewal.
You will receive additional information once your application has been accepted and with your onboarding welcome package.

Since my move-in, Chris has addressed move-in questions and maintenance requests expediently and communicated consistently and very well during it. For tenants, many things are online/automated for ease (utility billing, rent payment, maintenance requests), and also there is an openness to my questions live. They really set you up for success to take care the unit both in case of emergencies and in the day to day (from manuals and guidance on maintaining the new appliances, flooring/counters, to guides/reminders on where the circuit breakers are, etc.).
